I haven’t been here in an extremely long time, but I needed to go and jumpstart my body in the right direction. I walked in and Willie signed me in, I asked about a trainer, he was extremely kind and informative. I went used equipment and had an unexpected nice workout. My apprehension about coming back was gone, because Willie made me feel like I was coming home every step of the way. THANK YOU WIILLIE !
I love the charging stations in each locker! Great perk!_
Went in to take a tour, staff was friendly and very helpful. Showed me all the machines and free weights, tanning beds, hydro therapy chairs, and massage chairs. What a great place to get in shape.
