I almost died after coming here. From the start, I communicated my stagnant lifestyle and need to get healthy again. I sat down with their trainer and asked for help getting a workout plan established that would ease me back into the more active life I was looking to get into. He asked questions, I answered, and he told me the plan he made for me was a starter workout program. He guided me through the first workout and showed me how to use the machines.
