After cancelling my no contract membership in May 205 I sometime was set up again for a black card membership. I called the club and all they could say was “we can’t help you and you have to pay the buyout charge” I told them Im no longer in the country and still no other option but pay pay!!! Definitely a horrible experience and horrible customer service!!!

Trash they wont let you use a jump rope at a huge gym they barely want you to workout also wont give you a number to a coporate rep to bring up the issues
The staff is friendly and very helpful and it's very clean and well taken care of
