Super crowded after 5pm, don't even bother, people would be all over you on the treadmill since the manager thought it would be a great idea to stick them together to maximize space. Better go to other locations where there's space to breathe.
Johhny the shift lead should not be in a customer facing role. Johnny, instead of handling our cancellation properly like another employer later did, escalated, argued, and yelled at my wife. Even after we were being helped by another employee for the same thing with out any issue, Johnny came back and tried to start in on it again.
