The place and people are nice but customer service via phone and email are nonexistent
This is hands-down the worst Planet Fitness I’ve ever seen — they honestly should have their franchise taken away. There was no hot water, which is ridiculous for any gym, but the worst part was how disgustingly dirty everything was. There were long black hairs everywhere — on the floors, in the showers, stuck to the benches — it was like stepping into a giant, filthy hairball.
