Exactly what I was looking for in a gym. An abundance of machines & equipment. I love the app (very helpful in assisting with use of machines), helps track your progress & workout videos to guide you if you’re uncertain regarding anything. Staff is friendly & helpful. A clean environment. The tanning booths, red light machines & massage chairs are a major bonus. A great place to achieve goals & a great place for alone time.
