I always go to the Auburn location and they’re renovating right now , they don’t know how long exactly they’ll be renovating for, it’s an inconvenience for me to go other locations , I ask to cancel my membership and they said I could do it right online, I go to try and cancel my membership and it won’t let me cancel, I’m thinking the site is just down for the moment , but it’s been 3 days since I’ve been trying to cancel my membership. They make it so hard for someone to cancel their membership!
