I've been going to this gym for at least a year and I love it.
It's 3:44 Monday, Aug 18, 2025 and the scheduled time for this Planet Fitness says it's open 24 hrs on Monday. What a waste of time!!!
Acting manager Jared is the epitome of what someone whom works in customer service should be. This gym has become like a second home to me and helped my mental health greatly - welcoming staff that remember your name and make you feel seen. CJ is also a great assistant manager. So many people (like myself) have great anxiety when it comes to going to a gym for the first time, and the vibe has always been right here
The staff has no training on how to deal with customers Busy chatting on the phone and have friends around the counter
