A little bit frustrated with billing. But after 3 phone calls with Tara (hope that’s right) the assistance manager we figured it out. She was extremely patient. I tried to keep my voice steady as I was extremely irritated with planet fitness billing trying not to take it out on her (not her fault). Anyways if you have any issues she’s amazing 🫶🏼
This is by far the most friendly Planet Fitness I have been to. I go to planet fitnesses all over, as I live in the city and travel back here for family. I see such a difference in how the staff treat the customers when they walk in and leave at this Planet Fitness versus the others in the city. In the city the workers don’t welcome you at all. Ever.
