It is an OK gym for the low cost of a membership. Don't expect quality service. It's best if you already know your way around a gym and equipment, and have your own work out plan. Some staff is knowledgeable, and some isn't. So don't expect too much help from them. I’ve been a loyal member for quite some time, but I’ve noticed the overall quality has declined recently. The gym Wi-Fi is very poor. I can connect to the network, but there’s no internet access. Many members rely on the Wi-Fi while working out, so this issue should be addressed as soon as possible. The washrooms are also often dirty and have an unpleasant smell, which negatively affects the overall experience.
