It's a scam they charge you money from your account then say you don't have enough to charge your extra and late fees, I've canceled my membership twice now only to be charged over and over. AND ILL KEEP TELLING PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO PLANET FITNESS UNTIL THEY REFUND ME MY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BACK
I’ve been going here for over 2 years now and the equipment is very good and occasionally even updated, the whole place is clean and organized and the entire staff is always kind/nice.
Nice facility, very clean. Could offer people more instruction when they're new though. They have every machine imaginable. Made it difficult to know what to do.
