I went to cancel my membership a couple days after major knee surgery. It’s been two weeks of calling several times to try and get ahold of a manager who seems to be avoiding a conversation at all costs. The two workers had no idea how to cancel a membership when I went in and had to have an off duty employee leave their workout to assist. While I stood for several minutes on one leg. I arrived at 6:00 AM, the time this location is supposed to open, and the doors were locked. Multiple people were waiting, and by 7:00AM we were all still outside with no staff showing up to open the gym. TVs were on, lights off, but not a single employee in sight. People plan their mornings around the hours that are advertised. To waste almost an hour of members’ time because no one bothered to show up is beyond unprofessional.

Know that if you cancel your membership after the 10th of the month, they will bill you for one more additional month even though you want to cancel the membership. They have you on a technicality because it’s written into the contract.

Staff is great, equipment is great, music is great, and the only con is it can be hard to get a machine when it’s busy.
