The vibes are just off here. Planet fitness is not it. I give the machines the stars, but I don’t know. The staff ruins it for me. It’s like walking on eggshells lol. Very odd behavior. I cancelled and started at spectrum instead and realized yep… I’m not crazy! The vibes were just very low at PF.
Hours changed to shit hours Hardly can ever get here ive tried canceling my account after seeing a 25 late fee on a 28 monthly subscription is highway robbery They told me I have to drive to the branch with shitty hours I cant go to any planet fitness closer to me Feel like thats just a way they scam people I should be able to cancel my account just as easy as u guys take money and add late fees mean while account relapse is on the 1st Doesn't matter if u take payment every 17th Its not due till the 1st Scamming at its fines... read more
After informing them twice to cancel my membership they kept charging my credit card for 3 months. Very unprofessional and so difficult to deal with gym memberships. Even the people working at the gym gave me wrong information on cancelling my membership. When it comes to cancellation planet fitness is stuck in 1950's.
It is a pleasure to be greeted by a young team of fitness friendly and people focused reps. The Lindsay PF location is super clean. ALL machines are in quality working condition. The lead manager is kind, accommodating and a great communicator. Many Thanks.
