Very dirty gym. A man walked into the women’s change room without warning me they were coming. Dirty environment, encountered a bloody tampon on the shower floor that was left there the whole time I was there as well as blood clots in the showers. Bring your shower shoes if you do go. The equipment is also rarely if ever sanitized and the staff can be seen on their phones and not working rather than cleaning. PF has some great equipment and the perks are nice too. The problem came when I had to cancel my membership. My mom passed away and I had to move an hour away. They make canceling your membership impossible.. I tried canceling online but it would not allow me to. As per the policy you can cancel your membership through the online portal (not app). I called the Cornwall PF and the woman on the phone said I can either write and mail a letter or come to their location in person.. What?! No. When I purchased my membership online... read more
