Mike and Cal were absolutely amazing! They were super helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout, Definitely recommend them!
Got accosted by "Bruce Wayne" (the definitely super professional name that he is going by on his name tag) on a machine saying I need to take a picture for my account, it is company policy. I said I thought it was company policy to not use two machine at once and to wipe down machines (which I see people do all the time). Everything is perfectly fine Just having some time issues as for most of locations planet fitness is open for 24hrs Where as welland’s one closes at 10 Atleast it should be open by 12 Otherwise gym equipments and staff everything is good Always a 10/10 place
App doesn't allow to pay canadians debit cards and/or interact. There is no room for funcional training, they have matts but no where to lay them without being in someone else's way. 30 minutes training area is always empty, being underused/ wasted space, considering the the tight layout for the rest of the equipment (WHAT MOST PEOPLE USE). Staff do a good job keeping the equipment clean and very friendly.
