Had to request cancelation multiple times. Corporate was no help at all and it got to the point I was looping Jeff burch's office in on the emails to show proof of the less than ethical and possibly illegal business practices. Ended up having to pay for a stop payment on them through my bank. They assured me my membership was canceled and continued to try to charge me anyway as proven by my banks returned stopped payment in my account. Great staff and well-equipped outfit with tooling for every part of your body.
So I’ve recently retuned to the Welland jym and honestly am starting to regret it. The store is definitely lacking in cleanliness.Today I went to 3 different paper towel dispensers which were all empty and garbage were full. I told the staff who was on there cell who replied oh my that’s not good. Finished workout and noticed nothing changed. Staff still on phone
Good staff decent range of equipment. There are few items that are in high demand and only have 1 machine-leg press fly/delt. The water machine never works sometimes they give you water bottles sometimes not so bring lots of water and they are closed at the site of snow thru the winter. Otherwise I like the staff and general vibe. Please fix the water and communicate closers even if on your answering machine
Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This place doesn't even have water for about 5 weeks now and they don't even care about it 😒 Equipment and redlight/hydrobeds do not work. I am surprised the brand doesn't step in and take over this location. I have been here since it opened and I will look for another gym unfortunately 😑
