Broken showers, broken doors off the lockers, sinks don’t work. broken machines, cops here often, employees make the place stink like cigarettes, ac may or may not be working, new equipment seems purposefully bad to discourage members from using it, and not the 24/7 gym I signed up for. Covid has been over for years no excuse to close at 9pm and 7pm for a “24 hour gym”. Employees have been weird here since I changed my account to no longer reflect this location as my home location. I started going to this planet Fitness about two months ago. I wanted to give management a high recommendation for Cordeus J and it was suggested I do a social media type comment. I almost never do that type of recommendation, but Codeus was super helpful and deserves my 10 minutes. He was great going over everything with me, and I really appreciated that. And more so, I see how he interacts with other members. Great job
