Nice visit clean place
The staff are very courteous and helpful always greet you with a smile facility is always clean
The gym is always clean with great equipment, great workout resources including videos of workout routines and a great vibe.
They have cardio rowers. Two of them. That's a huge plus in my book. Adjusted my review to 3 because lack of maintenance and upgrading to equipment. I found that some high traffic machines (leg machines) had loose fasteners. Also, equipment needs an update.. At least 100-120 lb dumbells and free weight bench. This model of gym equipment is not keeping up with the next generations. Postponing the alleged updates to later is a disappointment.
This is my Florida home gym. Clean, attentive and friendly staff. All of them are regulars and very neat people. This gym has cryotheapy! Plenty of parking.
