Great improvement in the equipment. This location now has a lot of the equipment that competitors have. They removed a lot of the cardio equipment to accommodate more space for weight equipment. Great job guys

Don't join them..I'm an old disabled man. I joined on January 5th for $5.00 promotion $15.00 a month $39.00 a year. My car broke down 2 days later. So having no way to get there. I called to cancel. They said I had to go to the location to cancel. I walked there in the snow storm to cancel. The woman at the counter said it was done.. I'm on ODSP and maid a payment to get my car fixed leaving me with $50.00 for groceries.. Shivani at front desk is very rude indian lady My data was down, i ask her 3 times what her name is, after 3 times she said it, then i ask her for planet fitness wifi password she wont give it even tho i pay over $300 a year and keeps saying she doesnt want to help me and she cant help me with crossed arms and angry face then i asked if she can turn on tan bed i waited 10 min in room she didnt turn on tan bed i came back and asked for the manager she said he left then she said i wont restart it again i said u never even star... read more

I’ve had a great experience at Planet Fitness. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level
