Very bad experience with their girl employee named- “ALLYA”. When I entered the gym she yelled at me very rudely that you can’t go inside while wearing slippers eventhough my shoes were in my bag and I was about to change in the locker room. There’s no reason to speak to members that way. As a paying member, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I hope management addresses this, as it affects the overall experience for members.
