I’ve recently relocated to another province, and Alexandra was incredibly helpful in assisting me with transferring my membership to the Planet Fitness location closest to my new home. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I have had a great experience at Planet Fitness Brampton. The gym is clean, well maintained, and has plenty of equipment, so it is usually easy to get a workout in without waiting too long. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, whether you are a beginner or a regular. One feature I really enjoy is the cryotherapy in the Black Card Spa. It is a nice way to recover after leg day or an intense workout, and I find it helps reduce soreness and leaves my legs feeling refreshed.
