Staff is rude (not all ) Aug 26 2025 who was in reception around 20:00 . Not polite while mistake happens and she made me feel like as if i did some crime by scolding instead she could have asked to not to be on phone call politely. While we pay for service and I accept my mistake which i was unaware but the staff need customer service training.
Every time I visit at night, there is no staff at the reception area, so anyone—even those without a membership—can enter. Additionally, I always wait at reception for about fifteen minutes when I needed a hydro massage, but nobody showed up. I'm about to terminate this pointless membership.
Great place to workout. However it is not easy to cancel your membership. If it's hard for me to get to the gym. I certainly will have a hard time getting to the gym to cancel. You have to go into the gym to cancel..NOT good customer service
