Someone forced my lock and took the cash from my wallet, all they could do is filled a form cause there’s no security. Since you allowed teenagers to come for free this gym got worst.
I had one of the a surprise when I received a double charge for the 2 subscriptions that I had gotten for some visiting relatives & was assured had been cancelled over the phone by an attendant only for them to take money out of my account during a time of financial hardship. I called them immediately & was told that I had to come in & do that in person & that they would only credit me the $67 if I could provide the proof that would have resulted from the cancellation. Gym is always clean. Sometimes machines take long to be fixed though.
Planet Fitness at York Gate Mall is a pretty good gym overall. It’s very spacious, which makes working out comfortable, and the vibe is positive—most people are focused on their workouts and seem motivated to get in shape. The staff are nice, though a little reserved, but helpful when needed. Crowd-wise, it’s not overwhelming, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. Based on my experience, it’s definitely not a bad gym—in fact, I’d say it’s a solid and exceptional spot to work out.
