Don't come here, the assistant manager, Gail, is rude. I tried freezing my account because I cannot afford the gym fee this month and to switch to Merivale as that is much closer to my home, and I tried to explain to them that I can't come in on both days I called. I told them I can't because of the commute and my schedule and I told them with urgency that I cannot afford the NSF fees because I'm in the negative. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF!!! I had a very negative experience at this Planet Fitness. I have a broken leg and cannot wear shoes because my doctor advised that it would worsen my injury. Despite explaining this to the staff, I was kicked out for wearing sandals. The way I was treated was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Some staff members were polite, but the majority were extremely rude, and some even exhibited racist behavior. The gym itself is very dirty, smells unpleasant, and the bathrooms are disgusting.
