Affordable price point with a variety of equipment and machines. Not a lot of free weights and dumbells cap st 75lb. Seems to be an increase in thefts. My sandals were stolen a few weeks ago. I informed staff but there was no process to document it. Last week my friend has his duffel bag stolen from his locker at 5am and caught the guy. Staff said he was banned. Not sure if police we informed. Be careful!
Update: I canceled my membership. Fed up with this gym. Never again! Worst gym ever! Staff behind the desk, talking to each other, was in the HIIT section , people come in to use 2-3 machines, right in front of me, they don’t move when I say I will be at this this machine in 2 minutes. You go complain at the front, they go talk to another member instead. They say they can’t always monitor, they do nothing at the front! Members with no manners and staff don’t care. I have been trying to cancel since February of 2025 . I could not even cancel my subscription and it’s deducting money every months from My account . I called them three times to cancel . I cannot be in-person available there to cancel cause I’m out of the town . There is no option for online cancellation as well . Honestly, I’m so disappointed.
Me and my 2 girlfriends had to cancel our memberships here as there was an older man who would constantly harrass us and make us feel incredibly uncomfortable. After multiple times telling this man to leave us alone, he wouldnt. So, we went to staff and management. You know it's bad when management prefers to have 3 women cancel there memberships and a few staff quit bc youd rather keep the memberships of creepy predatory men.
