Customer service is very bad here . They are never customer friendly. Try to scam people . Just beware of it before signing in . Signed in January . haven't used the gym in last 40 days but when I try to cancel the membership these guys just say you are not exempted from the annual fee and if you try to block the card they said it will effect the credit . No matter what customer get scammed . Very bad service here .
My boots have stolen twice from the front… with zero effort from the staff trying to retrieve them.
Has what you need to get the job done eventhough the new machines are garbage and not ergonomically friendly. Still an excellent gym, good prices and amazing staff that always working hard especially those night workers constantly cleaning. I love the simplicity of this gym and the welcoming atmosphere the staff always provides.
Friendly staff and environment truly judgment free with encouraging people around you plus if you get the premium membership you can always bring a guest have access to tanning beds massage beds chairs and also red ligh therapy highly recommend this gym! P.s black card membership is like 35$ a month with tax!!
Bang up job on the recent upgrade (ALL new free weights, machines, and power racks), the people working there are friendly and hardworking, ani they do a good job keeping everything clean. They take pride in their work, evidenced by the fact that they work out there too. Overall atmosphere is positive, good sense of community and friendly people.
