very clean and friendly staff
No one cleans their machines before or after use!! Yuck!
I’m writing this review as a warning to anyone considering Planet Fitness Kelowna. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable, from unethical billing practices to a complete disregard for member safety. I cancelled my membership in person, followed every step, and assumed the process was complete.
