Great gym Staff are accommodating Thanks to Gordon for finding my key chain
Staff are extremely unhelpful with memberships and cancelations, even when talking to a 'supervisor'. The organization is very old-school, stating that they require a written letter to be posted to cancel your membership. They will not accept an email, phone call, or other modern forms of communication. Horrific experience, especially for such a large business chain.
