Worst set up ever
Planet Fitness in Orchard Park Mall is generally clean, but its inconsistent hours are extremely frustrating and misleading. The gym’s website claims that it is open 24 hours, yet that does not reflect my experience. On many occasions—especially on weekends—the facility is closed by 7 p.m. Advertising 24-hour access while regularly closing early is unacceptable and creates serious inconvenience for members who rely on those posted hours. As a physician and personal trainer id like to say your lack of visibility in order for people to monitor their form correctly in a gym your size is absolutely crazy. Honestly no mirrors in the 'functional training section' is an oxy moron
It’s always busy and you’re guaranteed to wait at least 15 mins for the smith machines or just have people jump in front of you. Theres not enough equipment for the amount of people they allow on there.
