remodel was a bust, new equipment is lower quality and there are less options. Six in my family been with PF over 10 years, now we're looking for a new gym.
Very clean new equipment
Whoever it is at Planet Fitness that answers these reviews needs to remove head from ass. You answer every complaint with, "Please talk to management." Exactly what YOU should be doing! "Hey franchisee! People are saying your gym is filthy! Clean it up before everyone switches to a different gym (Like Crunch Fitness) with 24/7 access!" This place really needs to go back to 24/7 like it was pre-Covid. The pandemic is over!
