It is a quiet place to work out, and you definitely do not feel judged by any means. The reason for my 2 star is bc i had no idea the locker room is coed due to them not being able to stop those who identify as the opposite sex from going where they feel they belong. Nobody uses the 30 min workout area as they are supposed to and never clean their machines. I had to wait on folks all the time and clean the machines before and after use.
