The gym itself is decent, they have all the equipment you need but could use better maintenance. The weekend staff is always the most outgoing and friendly to deal with I find the older staff members in the mornings talk poorly on the younger ones and it does make for an uncomfortable environment at times. Otherwise the gym is good enough for what I need.
Terrible experience with the staff at this location. One of the employees behaved in an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional way, offensive questions to me. I no longer felt safe or comfortable going there, so I canceled my membership. If you want to avoid staff with this kind of unacceptable attitude, I recommend staying away from this gym.
I think my favourite part of the experience is getting a laser beam directly in the face because the teenagers running the place think they need to pick up the laser and point it at you to scan your membership card. Leave the scanner on the counter… we are fully capable of putting a card in front of a scanner!! Good grief …
I’m beyond disappointed with this gym I’ve been trying for months to cancel or put my account on hold and finally they said they put my account on hold and told me no payments where going to come out till January im currently injured with a herniated disc and not able to attend the gym. in the past 3 days they have not just once but 3 x’s attempted to take money from my account that was not expected costing me 3 NSF fees.
