I had a disappointing experience at this Planet Fitness. The girl working at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional when I tried to ask for help. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but employees should still treat members with basic respect and professionalism. I hope management can address this issue and improve the customer service experience for members. Hope I get the reply from the planet fitness gym )

Today I went there and told them I’m new and asked for a trail. This bald white male employee gave me such a bad look. (I wanted to make sure they still have that daily pass policy cuz I used to go to their other location for a while and then stopped, and that was my first time at this location.)
