Warning to anyone considering this gym — read carefully before signing up. In the short time I was a member, I was repeatedly charged late fees despite having correct account information on file. In April, rather than fight it, I paid the unjust $15 fee just to move on. I have the emails to prove the account information was valid. May comes around — same story. As a gym it's fine. It's clean, kinda crowded during peak hours, but that's expected. That's why they call it "peak" I took a star away because it has very strange operating hours. Before you go, look. Friday and Saturday they close while the sun is up. Lol

I went to the Planet Fitness location to work out with my sister and we were informed that she could not enter due to a missing authorization, as she is a minor, even though we are regular members who train there frequently. We understand there are policies in place regarding minors and safety requirements. However, the situation felt frustrating due to the lack of flexibility or immediate alternatives offered at the time.
