Very rude and inflexible staff at front desk. Not to mention the innumerable amount of people who don't clean the machines after using them. It's an endless cesspool of germs. Won't be going back
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and unfortunately my experience has consistently been disappointing. The employees seem extremely disengaged and unmotivated. Every single time I go to use the hydro massage beds, they never activate the session properly. I’m left lying there waiting, only to realize it hasn’t even been turned on. Then I have to get up, walk back to the front desk, and ask them again to start it. This happens repeatedly, which is frustrating and completely disrupts the experience. Ridiculous club, Not at all helpful in any way. Staff is rude and arrogant. I have used 3 locations for PF, Never ever had such a disappointing experience. Cancelling my membership and going to Good life now, because of this ridiculous location. Very disappointed. Member for PF for last 2 years.
