I sent in a cancellation request months ago, paid extra fees, and see I am still being charged. I moved away in June.
Do you know to cancel your membership you have to go back to that gym and only the manager can do it. But you have pay off all areas first. Actually it's par. No energy in the place. Yeah I'd just go to a different now. Every piece of equipment, free weights, tanning beds, massage chairs and some red light to help with muscles after a workout. Free app workouts that coordinate with the space and equipment! I highly recomd this space and business!
I agree with another reviewer! Do not give them your credit card! I have not stepped my foot into this gym been over a year due to an injury, called them these guys don't stop charging my credit card and my personal account! I have called them many times truly this company is a nightmare. Save yourself some time & money! You may be paying for valentinos donuts.
We pay about $30 for a monthly membership with the black membership and it includes unlimited tanning. The gym is never really too busy which is nice. Good environment with no intimidation factor. There are LOTS of machines to use, a hydro massage, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the tanning booths. Grateful to have the gym so close to home and love that it’s never so busy that you’re waiting long for a machine.
Amazing staff at the planet fitness in Nanaimo! Always working hard cleaning the gym, great welcoming & super friendly !
