I have no complaints about the equipment or the membership fees. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the customer service. I was mistakenly charged twice for the yearly membership fee. When I spoke to a staff member on Sunday, she acknowledged the error and said she would email her manager and that I would be contacted. It has now been more than a week and I haven’t received any email or update.
