My wife has been trying to cancel her membership since September of 25. They said they would put her account on hold until paper work was done. They have continued to bill regardless and each time she called to cancel the manager is”out”. We don’t live near the location to come in to cancel as we are 4 hours away.
Can’t cancel or pause membership on website or by email. Only in person or by mail.
Too much crowded i waited 30 min for machine decided to go home instead ruined my day u better do it 24\7
