I love my Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the "Judgement Free Zone" atmosphere makes it a comfortable place to work out. The cardio equipment and free weight areas are excellent, and I really appreciate the convenience and value. My main suggestion for improvement would be to add more specialized machine equipment for strength training. Specifically, I would love to see a T-Bar Row Machine added to the floor. I’m very disappointed with the recent issues on my account. Even though my backup payment method was updated, I was still charged an extra amount, and I was told that there’s no way to issue a refund. This is quite unfair and frustrating. This feels unfair and reflects poorly on the billing system, which doesn’t seem transparent or customer-friendly.
