This location used to be really nice, but now it has gone downhill. No complaints about the workers, but the cleanliness and machines need maintenance and real good cleaning. The paper towel dispensers are never refilled correctly. The roll of paper towels are placed on top of the garbage cans where that is very unsanitary and usually damp. It seems like they are too lazy to open the dispenser and place a new roll inside the compartment. Update: 11/25/2025 Per the Business Manager’s response to my Yelp review yesterday, I followed up with Saul, the San Bruno Planet Fitness manager, regarding the ongoing issue with the infrared vibration plate machine not in working condition. Saul confirmed that he has repeatedly informed upper management about the broken equipment but that they “are not trying to spend money on this location.” He further stated that management is “being cautious with how much they spend” because this club is expected to relocate "soon."
