I used to love coming to this PF, but after my last visit, I will never go again. I gave this gym another chance after finding one of their employees sleeping on the Hydro Bed after waiting about 10 minutes at the desk to utilize the Black Card Spa. Then, the last time I went (yesterday), the SAME employee denied me from working out because I was 3 days past due on my membership. I've NEVER been denied entry for being a few days past due. I haven't been a gym goer in years, but joining PF was a good decision. I honestly like the vibe of this location. The front desk staff are genuinely kind and work hard on the upkeep. The facility is clean, spacious, and plays good music. I mostly love the support that fellow members give each other; its so awesome to see different types of people working out, solo or not, and supporting one another. 🙌👊 I do want to add that the Hydromassage bed #1 never functions properly; it has happened the last three times. This gym is awesome, it's got tons of equipment to keep you fit and healthy. Plus, it's clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
