Employees at the front desk need to acknowledge the customers as they enter the facility. I have, on numerous times, come through the door and the clerk at the counter completely ignores my greeting. UPDATE: please instruct patrons that the machines are not phone booths....laughing, talking and texting, one rep in 20 min ....leave the machine!!

If I could give less then 1 I would hands down the worst gym I have ever been to in my life. Be careful all equipment seats lean forward v bar is so narrow you will break your wrists all weight on flies are just wrong very dangerous crowded and honestly just horrible do pushups at home don't come here

I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for over 10 years, but my experience at the Catonsville, MD location on May 13, 2026 was very disappointing. A front desk employee was condescending, argumentative, and unprofessional while I was accompanied by my minor son. He directly questioned my son and handled the situation in a disrespectful manner. I was also given incorrect information about cancellation procedures, being told I had to sign paperwork in person to avoid collections.
