Has pedo eplyees that follow kids in to the changing rooms and put their phones over the stall am go press charges that should be happening at our Yakima gyms
CANCEL ONLINE PEOPLE!!!! I moved away over a year ago and immediately called to cancel my membership. Tony tells me I have to come in in person to cancel. Well, I live an hour away now—so that’s not happening. Then he tells me to send a certified letter. 🤯 Fast forward nearly 20 months of paying for a membership I wanted gone, only to find out I could’ve canceled ONLINE the entire time. So basically, your staff is trained to underinform customers just to keep taking their money. Absolutely awful company practices!
