I had a membership here and loved it . Hit some hard times lost my job and my car I called and was told I had to come in person so I had my mom take me I went in talked to some girl that no longer works there she looked me up did some stuff and said I was all good . I'm not at a point where I can go back just to set up my account go one day and then my account is blocked. I go in and ask why and I'm told I owe over 400$ ! The girl never canceled it . Meh. Summertime at planet fitness is great for highschoolers cuz they get in free, but they make it almost impossible for paying members to get a decent workout in because they have no consideration for other goers ... Really hope this isn't a every summer thing, no more 24 hrs and now this... seriously reconsidering a new gym
I reached out and spoke with the store manager regarding an unexpected charge that appeared on my account. He assured me he would look into it and follow up once he had more information. It’s now been four weeks, and I’ve yet to receive any update.
