It's a pretty good gym. Charles is great. Most of the time I'm greeted. There's occasionally some sullen young guys at the front desk, but I understand after an 8 hr shift, it's hard to look upbeat. Kudos to the ladies for keeping the atmosphere up. The only beef I have, and it's out of their control, I'm sure, such small locker space for men. When it's moderately busy, it's standing room only in there to get a locker, or to get to your locker after your workout.
As a black card member, I check into planet fitness in Falmouth often -probably over a hundred times with my wife . Today when I checked in I had to get off a piece of exercise equipment to go to the front desk to check in my wife. As they were directing me on their new procedure- I explained I was on a short time frame and I was frustrated not being able to see my phone without my glasses. Usually good staff, but there can be 15 standing outside and the staff are not allowed to open 1 minute early. This seems so stupid . They stand around pretending to be busy. Curtains are too narrow in the shower so water gets out on the floor or you get your towel wet or the towel of the person in the next shower!!!
Jen was a huge help in signing us up for a membership! would highly recommend this gym
