Very highly recommend
The way they bill you is ridiculous. They try your bank account. And if you don't have the money, they try 1 or 2 days later, not a week, not 5 days, not 3 days, not enough time for you to get the money. They try a day or 2 later, which causes you to have 2 late charge fees from both places. Now I owe my bank $,70 and now I owe planet fitness, late fees.in 1 week..so do the math how much are they making IF they plan this together.
Worst gym experience we’ve ever experienced! We’ve received MULTIPLE CHARGES within 3 days of signing up (over $100) None of those charges were discussed during our initial intake. The little girl who helped us(was absolutely no help AT ALL) had no clue what she was doing I asked to speak with her manager FOUR TIMES and she would not get one for whatever reason. We should’ve taken that as a sign not to join but my husband and I both wanted to join this specific gym so when we travel we can still get gym time in. WHAT A DISAS... read more
Encouraged my sister to sign up for PF. She was so excited until she saw the deductions from her account that was not agreed too. Not the amounts. Much higher and several. She discussed with manager and thought corrected. Then today another larger amount was withdrawn. She cancelked her membership. Not worth the uncertainty. This all within 10 days of joining. Not good. Will not recommend the Roswell location ever again.
