Encouraged my sister to sign up for PF. She was so excited until she saw the deductions from her account that was not agreed too. Not the amounts. Much higher and several. She discussed with manager and thought corrected. Then today another larger amount was withdrawn. She cancelked her membership. Not worth the uncertainty. This all within 10 days of joining. Not good. Will not recommend the Roswell location ever again.

I signed up for a membership in Arizona, because I travel around, and I wanted to be able to use the gym in any city. Problem is that they have a deliberate usury policy, where only the location you sign up at can do anything for you in terms of membership and billing. The app doesnt let you cancel your membership, and only the original gym can do it, alledgedly.
