I love Planet Fitness. The ideology of a gym for everyone, without judgment, at a very affordable cost, and that they keep clean and tidy with a friendly staff is incredible and truly appreciated. The only constructive criticism I want to leave is: they should put up signs that say, "If you can lift a lot of weight, you can probably also put it down without throwing it!!!" Idiotic meatheads who think that by making the noise of throwing the equipment on the floor they look stronger!!!
Great looking gym but the one time i needed to put my stuff away and asked to leave my 1 gym bag behind the counter. The kid at the front flat out said no. What makes matters worse is when i went to purchase a lock from the machine that was down so its a lose lose situation. Bad customer service indeed.
