“They’re nice, but they tell you that if you have the Black Card, you can use the massage machines — but there aren’t any massage machines there.”
The new attendants have been very polite and welcoming. I've had great experiences since I've been going back. Being able to go anytime 24hrs a day is great.
Staff is lovely and I love the patrons here! I come here nearly everyday after work!
I have not been to the gym in a while and have been under a lot of stress but today as soon as I walked in the gym I was greeted with a smile and very warm welcome. This made my day. Carlos suggested that I get a massage and relax a little before I stand workout. He was so friendly and personable. Never have I experienced such joy upon arrival at the gym.You all are doing a great job staffing great people to work for this wonderful company. Keep it up PF. People like Carlos truly make a huge difference!
