Good working gym. Five stars on the foam rollers!!!! We have to stretch if we’re to continue working out and deep tissue is the key! Overall it’s worth it to join here.
You are quite smaller than I thought you would be, for Effingham. I wish your shower had a changing area rather than changing in the shower; that's all wet. Or scurrying across to your changing room. Then going back and getting my shower things. Also your shower curtain is not long enough, it gets all wet outside the shower. I will give you that you're clean. I was there two days in a row.
