I’m giving Planet Fitness 1 star because of a situation that completely changed how I feel about this location. On 3/13/26 During a late-night visit, I was involved in a situation with an overnight employee that escalated way beyond what it should have and I never even talked to a employee that night. From my perspective, information about me was reported to police that was not accurate and had nothing to do with me, which made the entire situation extremely stressful and upsetting. Great if you enjoy lukewarm to cold shower.
Last week, while working near Bullhead City, Arizona, I kept up with my usual routine and stopped by Planet Fitness for a workout. The facility was impressively clean, thoughtfully organized, and refreshingly uncrowded—making it easy to focus and move through my workout without distraction. Appreciated the friendly staff as well.
