My husband and I have been going here for years, almost daily. The place is always warm and inviting, especially the manager Ashton and Monty!! Ashton has done a really great job at cleaning up the place and recruiting new hires that know their job and aren't scared to work. He's taught them well. Monty has helped me with billing issues. But both are always there to greet us with a warm "hello" and big smile!! Great guys!!
I have always been a loyal and committed supporter of Planet Fitness for years, even before moving to Bluefield West Virginia, however, I have NEVER experienced clocking in and being made feel ignored and unsupported the way I’ve felt since the management changed at this location. The last manager was amazing and the staff by her side used to meet me with a smile and encouragement.
