Clean, relatively up to date (not the newest, not the oldest), staff is friendly and knowlegable.
A day pass here is 20 dollars. If you are visiting the area please visit somewhere else like Princeton if you would like to workout.
No one judges, clean environment, restrooms clean, nice employees
This place is getting horrible! I have worked out here for years in the mornings… mostly professionals. Over the last 6 months yelling, screaming, and throwing weights. Staff just sits there and does nothing… Im a gym rat myself so if I say something its bad! I wear headphones with volume maxed out, can still hear the hooping and screaming over the music…. Looks like I will be looking for a new gym if things do not get better.
