Why does every comment have (owner) responding to every concern, but he only says " Reach out to management, on your next visit" why not " I will handle it and and TALK TO MANAGEMENT MYSELF TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER" ??? I WALKED IN TO SIGN IN AND WALKED RIGHT BACK OUT, SUPER HOT AND A LOT OF ( NOT IN SERVICE EQUIPMENT )
This has to be the absolute worst planet fitness I have ever seen. Outdated equipment. Non monitored 30 minute workout. Facilities was unbelievably dirty. If this is a franchise they need to revoke their franchise permit.
Great vibes wide selection of equipment and super friendly staff especially Hispanic guy with shaved head the lady with purple hair and stocky dude with facial hair and glasses.
Staff is rude. Floors are always a mess. I joined a little over a month ago and always have my gym bag for my ab wheel, jump rope, resistance bands etc, all of a sudden was made to keep it all in a locker. Cancelled my membership right after my workout ✌🏽
