Appreciate the effort to promote fitness among youth by offering free access to teenagers during the summer. However, the decision to allow unrestricted access throughout the day has resulted in significant overcrowding, especially considering the gym’s limited space and equipment. Nice gym. Always clean, and lots of equipment available!
Manager Genet is unprofessional. She does not return phone calls or reply to emails. This is my second time experiencing this with her. I should not have to call and leave a message over a dozen times to no avail. And the staff always claims she's not there and they don't know what day or time she will be there. I sent her an email on May 26, 2025, to change my club and she still hasn't responded. Today is June 24, 2025.
Sometimes when you go in, the staff are just so miserable enough for me to not wanna go back
