This place was decent a couple months ago but has steadily gone down hill: overcrowded, unclean, and extremely rude staff. Staff doesn't acknowledge your existence and will actively ignore you and will not say anything to you when vacuuming or cleaning; BUT! When it has to do with billing or coming in from another club? They turn into a minimum wage border patrol.
This gym is likely breaking California privacy laws by requiring planet fitness members who did not sign up at this gym to write their full name, city, and email address on a publicly accessible clipboard that anyone can access. Be warned if you are traveling.
Staff is out of shape and rude. Front desk need more training in customer service and value the experience of every single member rather than just hang out in the front and shoot the breeze. Also very disorganized and messy, floors look like they have not been cleaned in weeks.
