Alright, as a planet fitness enjoyer, heres the take of someone whos been going semi consistently since march of 2025, from shrimp gamer to in shape. The good- 1. The staff stay out of your way, do their jobs, never had any issues. If you have issues with staff, your likely the problem. If someones out of shape, it doesnt matter if they do their job does it. 2. The machines all have named exercises and show you what muscles your working out (assuming your using as directed) very helpful for beginners (like me when i started)... read more
They have the worst customer service. I understand the valley lacks locations. No wonder everyone is moving to smaller gyms rather than going to planet. The lady in the counter is rude the guy Anthony too. Made me want to cancel my membership right there and then. They should look for another job if they dont like it there.

Hours changed now me and my wife are not going to be able to go, going to cancel membership... Have to find another 24 hour gym..was a good thing while it last...
