Attention ALL PEOPLE OF COLOR the are charging unfounded late fees to your accounts, i have a business account in which there is plenty of money in there at all times so how am I being charged a late fee....
I was turned away from Using the facility when I clearly presented a 1 time pass to the lady working the front desk. I went to the next town over with the same pass and was able to access their facility. You can’t just make your own rules when there are clearly rules in the app. On to of that the 2 goofy ladies at the front desk wouldn’t even let me pay to use to facility. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff need to be retrained on actual planet fitness policies
