This is my home gym. I have loved it for 4 years. I’m a black card member. I go to tan primarily. I never have an issue but with one team member when I come. She’s always at the front talking to other team members. I check in, ask her for a lay down for x minutes, she tells me what bed, I go in get undressed and lay down and the bed was never set… This has happened twice already. Mark the GM is amazing, all of his staff is awesome too, I’ve been coming here for around 2 years and they have always gone out of their way to make their customers feel welcomed and appreciated.
Great gym—always clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a solid workout. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable whether you’re new or experienced. Definitely one of the better Planet Fitness locations I’ve been too. It wasn’t super great till Wallie left a year ago or so. I left because of him.
This location has been completely taken over by high school children, standing around scrolling on their phones with 2-5 kids taking up 1 machine at a time. After 4:30pm this place becomes the Mickey Mouse club house and you’ll never get a complete workout in. They need to either make this location 21+ or open another one that’s closer. don’t waste your money here if you are genuinely trying to exercise
