The hydro beds barely work. People in the back sleep. You definitely DO NOT get your full membership worth at this location. It’s sad that you have to drive far out to experience the benefits of having a black card.
Men's bathroom always stinks. Like it's not properly cleaned or something is stuck in the pipes. The black card area is highly disappointing. The hydro beds are over a decade old and OFTEN don't work properly, or at all. The massage chairs are just as old and barely work. I can't speak to the tanning booths or red light booths though. I've been working out more recently and I'm noticing multiple machines/stations are "temporarily out of service" for extended amounts of time. Very pleasant Gym. Everything looks nice and clean and the staff are friendly.
The customer service at the front desk is absolutely horrendous. It was my first time at this location and I needed assistance in changing my home membership to this location. He never offered to help. I came to this gym to use the tanning beds and I told him I had never been to this location before. I asked him where the beds were. He pointed in the direction of the tanning beds and that was it.
