Very disappointed in my experience today as I had just arrived at the gym and needed to use the restroom and was harassed by Tera who was unnecessarily aggressive and had an attitude for me simply needing to use the restroom while I hadn’t badged in. I am a Black card member of Planet Fitness and I don’t appreciate the way I was treated today.
