New set up for black card spa is garbage. Definitely needs major tweaking. Had to get undressed, lay in a cold tanning for 10 minutes only for them to call me and tell me I did it wrong. No, I asked for bed 10. You said it was open. I scanned my app then laid in a cold bed only to be asked to leave because I chose the wrong lay down bed. Just start the damn bed. Not rocket science.
