communication issues with staff, not once but twice. simply asked to freeze my account for 2 months, yet they failed to inform me to call every month to inform them to put it on hold. wouldn’t even issue a rebate on the charge.

My planet fitness is very clean. I love the big fans which ensure good air movement during my workouts. They have a variety of exercise equipment that allows me to focus on various muscle groups during my workouts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
