Staff is nice and keeps the place pretty clean, but have little knowledge of how their systems work. The gym is good, depending on the time there never a wait. If you go during busy time well then like any gym you’ll wait. The only thing that is annoying is the extra charges that you seem to get, due to the staff not knowing their systems well sometimes it’s hard to get your money back.

Horrible customer service, manager Jennifer is a racist and do not like black or brown people. Jennifer called the police on a black woman to be Trepass who was working out with her Husband account never asked her to leave let her buy an energy drink sat down and watch her drink the energy drink then watched her workout for a while 45 mins to humiliate her in front of other members. The young lady was trying to explain her and her husband paid the gym membership and gave her permission to use his account while he was working... read more
