Extremely desperate business, we had some glitch with the account and they were billing us twice.- update I am taking you to court. This is ridiculous I am being billed for a error and they not only hit me once they wont let me cancel. I have called been told management only shows up when ever. This entire thing is ridiculous and you're going to grt sued. - I was judged and you violated that as well. This gyms owner has serious business ethics within its staff.- ok we got a report on you as well.

Derek and Charlie were very helpful in instructing me on how to properly make a workout plan and helped in picking a good post workout drink, would recommend customer service here.

Charlie was very helpful with my billing, told me it was expiring helped fixed it very easily and on top of that. And Derek helped me get the locker I was using open after it was stuck. They were both very very helpful. Love the service here everyone is very friendly.
