This is a Franchise and not a corporate location so any problems have to go through them and not corporate. I moved away from the area in April of last year 2025 I asked to suspend my membership because I would be going under a medical procedure I had a black card membership so according to what they sell you as far as using any planet fitness IS A LIE .... I love working out at this location. Wonderful and friendly workers here!
Largest and PF in the area that I know of. Bigger than Forest Hill or Abingdon and right next to a Smoothie King for post-workout recovery. Never had any issues here, solid overall
