Restrooms not clean, stretching area is ALWAYS smelling terrible like it is a restroom, due to it proximity to the locker rooms with the not so clean restrooms. Not sure if they ever clean their restrooms area. The smell really makes one’s stomach turn. Massage chairs are falling apart and not really working according to their programs. Very rude the receptionist. I asked to bring the volume down and he just didn’t care at all. He said he “ will see what he can do” I have been here before they never played the music this loud.
There's not even hot water in the shower. Shame.
Friendly & helpful staff & a nice to facility to work out in. Unfortunately they were not willing to refund me a $49 annual fee even though my membership was canceled (so I'm paying a $49 annual fee for being a member of a gym for 15 days). Admittedly this is their corporate policy and in the contract but it is antiquated and not customer focused at all.
