Friendly staff, even a few stand out employees who really work hard too! The equipment is in excellent condition and so is the Gym overall. I pick my spots as far as crowd meter- which is awesome. Great job I definitely recommend planet fitness Ypsilanti
Always nice and clean
Manager Robin is extremely rude and disrespectful. Goes out of their way to harass paying members and make biased accusations against PAYING MEMBERS with zero evidence. Changing rooms are always severely filthy, they don’t clean the showers or mirrors and supply only one trash can in the whole dressing room. Only saving grace are the few kind staff members and the equipment.
